About The Role

AVMI is seeking to hire a skilled Software Developer to help with the development of new & existing projects. Your duties will primarily revolve around building software, as well as modifying existing software to fix bugs, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. You will also be involved in directing system testing and validation procedures, and working with other departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of using C# and the software development lifecycle. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree is required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirements analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
  • Test and deploy applications and systems
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
  • Improve existing software
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
About The Candidate


  • At least 3 years’ hands on experience with Microsoft web technologies using & C#.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
  • Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic .NET
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
